Logitrans Stainless Steel IBC Lifter

A stainless steel stacker with straddle legs is used in a pharmaceutical application for lifting and moving IBCs. Stainless steel pallet stackers are available with manual or electric lift. An explosion-proof version is also available for explosive environments classed as ATEX zones 1 & 2.

Logitrans SELFS Maxi Electric Stacker

A Logitrans SELFS Maxi powered stacker truck is used to lift and transport full perimeter base pallets (with bottom boards) in a warehouse. Pedestrian walk behind stackers are ideal for use in confined areas, where traditional forklift trucks pose a safety risk. With lift capacities of up to 1.2 tonnes and lift heights of up to 3.3 metres, Logitrans pallet stackers are available in manual, semi electric and fully powered versions.

Logitrans SELFS Straddle Stacker Truck

A Logitrans SELFS pallet stacker is used here in an engineering application, to transport and lift crates of heavy components. It has straddle support legs, allowing many different crate and pallet sizes to be handled, including pallets with bottom runners (full perimeter base).

Logitrans LFS Mini With Platform

A Logitrans LFS Mini straddle pallet stacker fitted with a platform table, is used to lift Chep style pallets to a correct working height. The LFS Mini assists operatives packing pallets in a food production environment, and prevents back and shoulder injuries associated with repeat bending and stretching. This particular packing area was confined with limited room for pallet lifters. Pallets were closed (with bottom runners) and therefore a straddle lifter was needed to lift them - although a straddle stacker was initially ruled out, as they were thought too big for the work area. Logitrans were able to modify their LFS Mini so it was just wide enough for the pallet. This allowed the Mini to fit within confines of the customer's packing line. A stainless steel version is also available for food production high care areas.

Straddle pallet stackers are great multi-taskers. They lift both EUR and UK Chep pallets with bottom runners and low profile pallets. Our Logitrans range has detachable forks that can be swapped with attachments to handle reels & drums, boxes, crates & non palletised goods. Manual, semi electric and fully powered stacker trucks can be built with special fork sizes, customised to lift IBCs, crates, Euro bins & tote bins, or modified for bespoke applications. Stainless steel and used straddle stacker trucks also available.

Compact manoeuvrability for light-medium pallet handling applications. Pallet stacker trucks can be used as an alternative to forklift trucks and provide a safer work area. Stackers have small dimensions for confined areas and a compact mast, for good operator visibility.
