With a 48V system and 0.9kw drive motor, the EPL185 is designed for medium-heavy duty pallet handling applications requiring lots of power! This all-electric pallet truck has a pull out lithium ion battery and a fast recharging time of only 2 hours. It is ideal for busy applications invoving the handling of heavy pallets, as well as ramps and slopes. The floating steel battery cartridge protects it against weather conditions and external impacts. Small size is another feature, with a low own weight of only 170kg and a length behind the forks of only 400mm. Floating castors wheels provide excellent stability and a high quality programmable Curtis speed controller allows the truck to be set to the individual requirements of the user and environment.

APPLICATION

The EPL185 is a good choice for busy or multi-shift medium to heavy duty pallet handling applications. It is particularly useful on delivery vehicles, lorry tail lifts and in applications where pallets must be moved up ramps & slopes: it can move a 1 ton pallet up a 10% gradient with no operator effort required. All-electric lift, lower and drive, this powerful truck moves heavy pallets of up to 1.8 tons.

An alternative 1500kg version is available for lighter duty applications with smaller pallet weights, slopes & gradients.

Replacing a hand pallet truck with an electric pallet truck eliminates operator pushing and pulling of heavy loads. It prevents staff injuries and sickness associated with manual handling.
