Logitrans Logitilt Inox LTI, Stainless Steel, 1000kg

The Logitrans stainless steel Logitilt lifts and tilts box pallets, crates, stillages and dolavs to a 90 degree angle, so the contents can be easily accessed without the need for bending and stretching. It is designed for food and pharmaceutical applications, in high care production and packing areas with high hygiene requirements. With the stainless Logitilt, the risk of bacterial contamination is minimised.

All surfaces in direct contact with the goods being handled are manufactured from stainless steel. The Logitilt Inox offers a high degree of protection against corrosives and is useful in areas where harsh cleaning agents may be used. It is ideal for meat, fish, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical applications.

The design focuses on safety and ergonomic working conditions for the user. The Logitilt Inox can tilt a box or crate up to 90 degrees and the height can be adjusted for both sitting and standing working positions. The tilt angle can be set, so that the Logitilt automatically stops at the correct angle for the user. The tilt function is operated via a remote control hanset (wired). A wireless remote control is also available as an option.

The LTI model has wrapover support legs, for handling open sided crates and boxes (via sides where no bottom runners are present). A Logitilt LTIS model is also available, with straddle support legs for handling crates via sides with bottom runners. Please contact us for details.

Customise your Logitilt: for non standard box and crate sizes, the Logitilt can be supplied with a custom bespoke fork width and fork length. It can also be customised with special features, for lifting & turning non-palletised items (eg hospital beds).
