Transporter 2.0 Powered Pallet Truck, 2000kg

PRODUCT

The Transporter 2.0 is an ideal electric pallet truck for light to medium-duty applications involving heavy loads.

It is powered by two 24V pull-out batteries, giving a combined 48V of power. The lithium-ion batteries give an average 3 hours of continuous use per charge, and have a fast recharge time of only 4 hours. Supplied with two external chargers, these batteries can be opportunity charged whenever the truck is not in use. Alternatively and for busy applications, discharged batteries can be easily replaced with a spare set of batteries, to extend the working time.

With ample power and a low unladen weight of only 140kg, the Transporter 2.0 is perfect for tasks involving ramps and slopes. On inclines, it has a gradeability range of 8% to 16% (fully loaded/unloaded). Creep (turtle) speed enables slow, precise movement of pallets in confined spaces. Optional support castors are also available for movements involving wider loads.

APPLICATION

The Transporter 2.0 is suitable for most heavy pallet handling tasks requiring light to medium use. Its compact dimensions and low unladen weight make it especially useful in small, confined and weight-restricted areas such as narrow corridors, lifts and ramps. With all-electric lift, lower, and drive functions, no operator effort is needed to move pallets weighing up to 2 tons.

For heavier duty applications, an alternative Mini Mover, E-Truck 2000, or E-Truck HD is available.

Replacing a hand pallet truck with an electric pallet truck eliminates operator pushing and pulling of heavy loads. It prevents staff injuries and sickness associated with manual handling. The Transporter Li-ion comes with an electromagnetic braking system, for greater safety when working on ramps, slopes and inclines.
